Interogo Long-Term Equity adds Desotec to portfolio
The Interogo Long-Term Equity strategy has added a minority investment in Desotec, a leading environmental solutions business, to the portfolio. The investment is done in partnership with EQT, which will be the majority owner of the business.
Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Roeselare, Belgium, Desotec provides mobile filtration solutions that reduce harmful emissions and pollutants in liquids and gases, helping industrial customers comply with increasingly stringent regulation and transition towards lower-impact, more sustainable operations. Interogo Long-Term Equity has co-invested alongside EQT, acquiring a minority stake in the company.
We are very impressed by Desotec’s strong market position, enabled by its customer-centric offering within sustainable, mobile filtration solutions applied across many different end-markets. We look forward to our future cooperation, together with EQT as well as other shareholders, says Hanna Ideström, MD, Interogo Long-Term Equity.
